Nathaniel J. Olsson
Mr. Olsson’s current practice areas include EB-3 employer sponsored immigration petitions and visas, and the EB-5 and E-2 investment visa programs. In the past, he worked as an in-house attorney for a real estate developer in Bellingham before detouring into the Canadian investment industry, where he eventually sold his partnership interest as the Chartered Investment Manager of a multi-million dollar book of client portfolios. He returned with excitement and vigor to his original calling to practice law, where he now helps fellow immigrants follow their dreams.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Mr. Olsson majored in History at Colgate University in upstate New York, then obtained his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. He married a Canadian and immigrated to British Columbia, proudly preserving his American citizenship while also taking on Canadian citizenship. He enjoys appearing in community theatre productions with his two daughters, playing soccer, hiking, camping, and stand-up paddle boarding. Mr. Olsson is licensed to practice law in Washington State.
